My career has been full of experiences my clients want to have, or are currently having and struggling with. I've worked my way up the corporate ladder. I've had the corner office with the beautiful view. I've been faced with suddenly becoming a high earner and having to learn to navigate that new life.
I had 16 years of global leadership experience before I even started coaching.
Every experience I have had in my career has positioned me to understand, respect, and appreciate the challenges my clients live through today.

This makes me very selective of my clients. I only want people who are committed to the coaching process to benefit from what I do for my clients. If you are not in this to truly make powerful changes that reverberate throughout all aspects of your life, I am not the coach for you and Insights 4 Life may not be the right fit for you.
Insights 4 Life is committed to deep transformation. We are not into wasting your time — or ours — on techniques that don't work, nor are we here to tell you what you want to hear.

Also, this is why we're so thoughtful and selective about the coaches we bring on to work with us. All of our coaches are ICF certified, but that's just where we start. Certification alone doesn't qualify someone to coach for Insights 4 Life.
Not everyone can coach for us. Even if they're certified.
